2336 E. Letterly Street is Gordon's personal project. This single-family renovation is located on a fantastic block in the Fishtown neighborhood. This former carriage house was meticulously renovated into a gorgeous 3-bedroom, 3-bath, 3-outdoor space, and oversize garage home.
The renovation included all new plumbing, electric, HVAC, a roof deck, a kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring. The home renovation utilized many reclaimed materials, and unique Banksy art details have been incorporated, including exposed brick walls and tons of designer tile and lighting fixtures.
