The different towns in the Main Line area offer many things to do throughout the year. Main Line Restaurant Week is one of the most popular events in the area. The event typically occurs in the fall, and over thirty restaurants participate in this popular event. Chefs and restaurants from Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties enjoy participating in this annual celebration of food. The Fall Festival is also a fun place for families to come together and create memories capable of lasting a lifetime. Children and adults can enjoy fresh fall produce, carnival rides, and unique vendors selling arts and crafts. 
 
Merion Golf Club is another place on the Main Line popular with residents. Merion is a private golf club in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The club features two 18-hole golf courses named the East course and the West course. Players over the years have consistently praised Merion as possibly the best golf course on the east coast. While biking, hiking, or jogging, residents of Mainline can enjoy spending time at Fairmount Park. The centennial exposition was held in 1876. The park provides a quiet place to get away from the activity and excitement of the city of Philadelphia. Containing over 2,000 acres of green space and beautiful waterfront property, the park offers Main Line residents a wonderful place to explore the beauty of Pennsylvania.
